2. Content and responsible use
The studio's original website, artwork, branding and game content are protected by intellectual-property laws; licensed and open-source components keep their respective terms. You may view the site, link to it and quote or share modest amounts for genuine commentary/reviews with attribution. Do not falsely claim to be the studio, distribute our app/assets as your own product, attack infrastructure or infringe others' rights.
The four landscape environments are an interactive studio illustration. They are not a claim that the app contains those environments. Gameplay images are actual app captures. Generated editorial photographs and 3D presentations are decorative marketing artwork. Release status and features can change; a future store listing and actual app describe the distributed version.
3. Availability and your rights
We seek accuracy and reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, suitability for every browser or the permanence of every external link. Where law permits, we exclude warranties not expressly given and losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or arise from misuse or third-party destinations beyond our control. We do not exclude liability or consumer rights that the law makes mandatory, including fraud or non-excludable injury liability.
4. Law, updates and contact
